Context.
Since 2022, I’ve been actively involved in zinemaking as both a creative outlet and a community practice. My zines explore themes of culture, design, and everyday life, often blending typography, photography, and storytelling into accessible, tactile forms. I have tabled at the Charlottetown Zine Festival and contributed to local zine anthologies, using publishing as a way to connect with others and share diverse perspectives. Some projects also extend into advocacy, such as fundraising zines and sticker packs supporting initiatives like period poverty awareness.

Design Approach.
Each zine is approached as both a personal experiment and a tool for dialogue. I embrace DIY methods, playful layouts, and mixed media to keep the work approachable, while still embedding thoughtful design choices that reflect the content. Editions vary from hand-assembled booklets to digitally printed collections, but all emphasize accessibility, intimacy, and cultural resonance. Through zinemaking, I seek to create objects that are not only visually engaging but also foster connection, spark conversation, and contribute to community causes.
