Lucy Smashed the Tomato is a label founded by Taiwanese fashion designer Doris Shan, blending whimsical storytelling with wearable design. Doris approached me to develop the brand’s visual identity and art direction, beginning with a pop-up event and extending to future activations.
Design Approach
Created a flexible design language that could adapt across events and platforms, from spatial design to promotional materials. The approach emphasized immersive storytelling, turning brand touch points into playful, narrative-driven experiences. By establishing a cohesive identity system, the work set the foundation for the brand’s ongoing presence and growth.
